Service Description: The Green Book online tool supports municipal planning with the development of climate-resilient settlements. It ultimately aims to facilitate the mainstreaming of climate change adaptation into local government planning instruments and processes. This data package comprises the spatial data from the Green Book, extracted for Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. It has been prepared by the CSIR. These data are intended to support the training, embedment and mainstreaming of Green Book evidence into the municipalities geospatial and decision support infrastructure, and integration into local planning and investment plans and strategies.
